Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping zones

We currently ship to peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. We are expanding to more European countries.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and are displayed before payment. Free shipping offers will be announced on the website when active.

Tracking

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Returns: right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it without providing an explanation.

How to return

1. Write to us at [EMAIL] indicating your order number and the products to be returned.
2. We will confirm the return address.
3. Send us the products in their original condition, unused, and with their packaging.

Refund

Once the product is received and inspected, we will refund the amount (including standard shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or our error.

Defective products or order errors

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, write to us at [EMAIL] with photos within 48 hours. We will replace it or refund it in full, covering the return shipping costs ourselves.
